Microsoft meets YouTube

Ahh, the future of tech evangelism is Laura Foy doing her shtick for Microsoft’s On10 YouTube style (she works in the evangelism group, same group I worked in). Yeah, I missed the popularity of this video. But Jeff Sandquist was bragging about it at the wedding on Saturday night so I just had to check it out. I wish I had creative skillz. Then I could be popular on YouTube too!

  1. Don’t think you missed the popularity, it’s kinda cheesy and ever so slightly annoying. Definitely a MISS for me, so for those that remember Dave Lee Travis on Radio 1, “Quack Quack….Oooooops!”

  3. Justin: it’s been watched 10s of thousands of times. Someone finds that kind of thing interesting.

  4. QED “Cheesy and ever so slightly annoying” is popular! I’m worried now, because it possibly means as well as being mathematically about middle age, I’m there mentally too. Ohhh Woe is me, my time hath been too brief here..hehe

Seriously though, for me I think it must me one of those “You had to be there” things, much the same as a hilarious anecdote that just bombs when you tell it to your neighbour. Or maybe I just have a pathological aversion to anything Justin Timberlake-ish.
