When the first email came through telling me about Major Andrew Olmsted getting killed in Iraq and how he was a blogger and that I should read it, I ignored the advice. Too busy getting ready for CES and needed to finish off a Fast Company column that’s overdue.
But then I started reading my feeds and it kept getting recommended to me over, and over, and over again.
Now I’m going to add onto that repetition.
His blog post that he had a friend post after his death is wonderful. I’m glad I listened to all of you who suggested that it is something I should read.
Well for those with 30 second attention spans, you have to repeat things nearly 30+ times before anything starts to stick. If you recall, the old ‘Beth Goza Syndrome’.

I may be wrong – but the google.com search engine was not available here for some time about 4pm IST today.
No, it was not a network problem. MSN was available.
Anyone else had the same experience?
Was it Google crashing? Scary thought.

You’re proving, again, to be a liberal shill.
Go Hillary!!
Quite honestly, I think you’re doing too much, and your attention span is too short. You’re offering little more than sound bites…

It’s still “Andrew Olmsted” who was killed.
The old saying used to be that if someone was killed, at least get my name right.
I think Andy would appreciate it if you’d bother to get his name right.
Thanks.
