My design is being redone, expect weird stuff in meantime

I just changed my theme to one of the plain ones. I did that because we’re getting ready to make lots of changes. So, sorry I’ll be ugly for a while. Of course many of you are reading this in RSS so have no idea what I’m talking about. 🙂

  1. I like it like that. If you could only increase font size even more and have a narrower width so that it really looks like using the “readybility” bookmarklet it’d be even better. 🙂

  8. Robert… I absolutely LOVE this new layout… the text goes almost all the way across the screen, and it’s nice and white-spacey… which makes it easier to read.

I think the retro look really does work. Please consider keeping it. I’ll give you a few whuffie points if you do. 😉

  12. Well, it could be slightly less ugly I think, without harming your intention to de-prettify/clutter. The headline type is truly blaring, like the sudden blare of a car horn on a quiet street. And you don’t need serial commas in a head that big either. Maybe technology, innovation & geek enthusiasm instead. Or if the ampersand seems too design-y, revert to and … I’ll put up with some ugly to read your posts, but must I be typographically yelled at or harmed by excessive punctuation? Or does these requests indicate I’m insufficiently geeky and thus irrelevant and should button it?
