Scoble 2.0 to ship at TechCrunch 20?

Heh, our kid is due on September 17. Mike Arrington, founder of TechCrunch, thought that was a good date to hold TechCrunch 20 (I’m one of the people advising the conference). I’m not getting paid or anything for this effort, just doing it cause I see a lot of interesting companies in my work and would like to help Mike out. It’s going to be a great time to ship. Babies or companies. You choose. 🙂

Web 2.0 LobbyCam

I’ll be turning on the camera sometime between now and 10 a.m. and we’ll see how it goes walking around the streets of San Francisco. I’ll be hanging out in the lobby all day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — I have several parties/dinners to attend in the evening but don’t have enough battery life to go that far.

Today will start out with me filming a Sharedbook demo at 10 a.m. Come join the fun at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. UPDATE: we’re online now. Frame rate is slow, but people say they can hear. Both Jeremiah and I are broadcasting. Visit http://www.ustream.tv and click on one of our streams to watch.

UPDATE2: We’re off today. Lots of fun, had lots of interesting people on my camera and Justin.TV dropped by too. I’ll turn the camera on on Wednesday again at 9 a.m. Pacific.
