Where is Chris Pirillo moving to?

Interesting. Chris last week was saying he had a “big” secret. No one could figure it out. This week he announces he didn’t move (he was supposed to move to Los Angeles).

Sounds like lots of chaos going on. We’re looking forward to his wedding on December 9th to Ponzi. That is, if THAT doesn’t get moved.

He has me intrigued with his “big” secret, though.

We should have a contest to predict which state he’s moving to. He taunted me last week saying I’d never guess what he’s going to be doing.

Oh, let’s start a really crazy rumor. He’s moving Ponzi to North Carolina so that he can have banana pudding and be Jon Edwards’ press secretary. That’s about the craziest thing I can think of Chris doing.

What’s the craziest thing you can think of him doing?

  4. Burdo, do you really believe most people in PA are Amish? You need to get off the Internet and get out more, my friend.

  6. btw, I have a funny story about Chris. Three or four years ago, I was talking to him online about a comics project. We exchanged several emails. Finally, at the end of one, he wrote:
    KISS
    Chris

I panicked. I though OMG!, he’s such a geek, he’s not used to female attention. What am I going to do? Doesn’t he know how old I am? (over 40) I’ll have to tell him I’m happily married.

I fretted and fretted about it, until I finally realized he wasn’t throwing me a kiss, he was calling me stupid!! LOL

  10. I see Chris moving to an Ashram in British Columbia, giving up all his worldly goods. Only when he has achieved inner peace will he be able to open that Ben and Jerry’s franchise in Costa Mesa California he is obviously so interested in.

  13. Having achieved full enlightenment he will launch a Zen blog that finally fulfills the empty mind state. No text input, no wikki’s no cookies, no links, no opinions, no flaming, no no’s. Ommmmm

Reading the non-text blog would allow the user to achieve the “hire” state at MSFT ;).

What is the sound of one blog blinking #; ) ?

  15. Chris is moving to PA to open up a virtual Cheeze Wiz stand. Why Philly? Because. Basically on CheezWizard.com you can make all kinds of mashups and stuff using Wiz.

    Totally Philly, Totally Pirillo.

  17. Nov 6 is a monday. So this has something to do with joining a ‘big company’. This should also rule out personal/philanthropic/spiritual/entrpreneurial announcements. 😉

Also MSFT insists new hires to join on a Monday ( not sure if all companies do that). Quite likely he is joining MSFT

  19. Limbaugh’s tech guy would more be a dream job, I mean Palm Beach and hanging at B&T and 264 all the live long day, well also working real real hard. Sigh on Chuck & Harold’s tho.

LA is the Hollywood promised land tho, aside from housing, traffic and lack of decent public transportation.
