New URL here

Now if you type in http://scobleizer.wordpress.com it’ll redirect to http://scobleizer.com. A little easier to remember. Hope it doesn’t mess anything up.

  1. WordPress.com lets you do that. I registered my domain on GoDaddy.com, then switched it on under “options/domains.”

. 😀 Both sites are now PageRank 8 – – which is VERY HARD to get – hopefully, this redirect will NOT hurt on Google –

  5. Any chance you could also update your “link blog” on the right to point to your new Google Reader shared items link blog instead of just a copy of your actual blog? Or do you keep it this way for a reason?

    Thanks!

  7. Speaking of URLs Robert, I think it’s time you figure out how it is that Google still lists your 2005 blog as #1 and #2.

    Still.

    How is that technically possible?

  9. Sweet! I’ve had friends tell me all year that I should have set up my blog on my own domain instead of on wordpress.com – time to go register one 😀

  11. Still don’t understand how you did that…

I can’t see redirect options in wordpress admin

How can godaddy control where a wordpress domain points?

    Am I being very stupid?

  13. Robert, thanks so much for the URL. I have wanted this service for about 6 months but didn’t want to give up a good google PR!

    Appreciate your feedback.
