I was just reading Gary Price’s Resource Shelf and saw that the New Oxford American Dictionary named Podcast the Word of the Year.

Over on the Search Engine Watch Danny Sullivan and him wrote a lot about Alexa’s new fee-based vertical search services. That’s the best overview and analysis I’ve seen so far.
