So, how can I get away with not talking about “G,” or “Y,” or “M?”
It’s really hard. I see so much I want to talk about.
But, I’ll keep going. It’s a good exercise. It’s making me look elsewhere for patterns. And, anyway, we’ve been putting up some interesting videos over on Channel 9:
Coding for Fun.
Meet the Windows Vista Print Team. (This is my favorite, look at all those printers!)
First Look at Exchange 12.
CRM 3.0 Preview.
OK, back to no GYM.

not ranting…just requesting (really really bad)…plz ask those guys to put it up on the download server…

You mean the MGM supporting Blu-ray, the Sony-NEC optical merger news and the Panasonic chipset news? MGM, NEC, Panasonic — the game is over. Glad Sony’s finally getting clobbered for their evil DRM tactics, but that won’t impact BluRay, sorry. PS3 is a subsidized Blu-ray offering that will sell at least 25-30 million units. It be a done deal, with HP playing spoiled brat, now there’s a surprise, but they like Microsoft, are irrelevant in this game. And this is not God vs. Satan, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray be two Satan’s fighting each other, kind of how you can read Milton, as God stoops to the level of Satan. I am already more excited about the PS3, just per BluRay, that will pick up in time when more consumers become aware. But DVD itself has a long long long life ahead too.

Christopher, you seem to spend more time commenting than Scoble does blogging. At least Scoble gets paid for it – or are you the web’s first paid commenter? 🙂

Robert, I have noticed a fresher outlook and more interesting content. Not tlaking about the leader in the industry forces one to look at what is new and upcoming. Oh and you should add A for Apple to your mix. I personnaly find Vlog and Podcasting to be as hard as watching professional sports, I just don’t have the time, with textual information I can scan and quickly read items of interest.

Sony’s recent DRM crap currently has me skeptical of buying or using any of their products, including the upcoming PS3. Good for their competitors, bad for them.

More time commenting? Hah. With “feeds” it makes things “easy”, member? Quick scan, and a quickie post, 5 minutes or less of just a thought stream. It doesn’t take much time. One page of script, that takes an eternity, as I slave over every word.

So you’re comments don’t get as much thought put into them as a post. That explains a lot.

That is assuming, any thought goes into these posts. Not that I can see, basically just “me me me, my-life-is-grand name-dropping posts” and infomercials for the latest Web 2.0 slash Microsoft fantasy. Thoughtful posts, get thoughtful answers. Simple to understand, yes?

Christopher: even a name dropping post usually takes an hour to create. Why? Cause that’s the minimum I hang out with the person I’d dropping the name of.

Well if you are going to go fuzzy accounting and include time spent as “time posted”, ok well you win. But I was talking about strict time posted as posting time.

Mr. Parsons told Reuters that mandatory managed copy would be part of Blu-ray format, but while Hewlett’s request for interactivity was being considered, “at this point in time, the Blu-ray group is still proceeding down the path of Java.”
