Petty move on Apple’s part, although I think trademark law does have a “enforce it or lose it” policy.
Not sure if I like the name chosen though. Without even thinking of it I like any of the the following 5 second ideas better:
“JuiceCatcher”
“JuiceExtractor”
“PlodderX”
“CastCatcher”
