I was just reading some stories on CNET’s News.com and noticed this new feature, done by LivePlasma, over on the right side of the page. It adds a news map to each article that you can click on and interact with. Cool Internet Connected Component!!! Easy to miss, too, cause it looked like an ad over on the right side of the page.

damn thing is head ache inducing and looses its cool factor after about 5 minutes.
an article done right, with links all over, in the right places, is better than that hunk of 3d junk.

it is really cool…but i don’t think it’s really useable…i can’t find the link of this other website that could produce this same format for any website in the world…now that was cool…
