The Worldbank blog does RSS the best

I like how the World Bank’s corporate blog did their RSS feed the best. That’s how I’m gonna make mine work. Easy to find, and if you find it by accident it explains what it is.

  1. Here’s an article I found on how to style your own feeds using XSLT and css.

Haven’t looked into it much beyond that, but I intend to. I am tired of third party solutions. I know they make things simpler, but I have so many logins and accounts now I want to start regaining control myself over everything I can!

Must look into whether this is possible with the common blogging tools like WordPress and Blogger.

    It certainly should be!

  3. It’s Feedburner. And they rock. A few things I really like about them: they can do RSS or Atom. They “prettify” it so that it looks good in a browser (and has an explanation of what the heck it is). They provide stats on readership of your feed.

And, perhaps most importantly, your feed is no longer dependent on your own URL/domain name. So if you decide to make a move from, say, Weblogs to WordPress, your feed doesn’t change–it would stay feeds.feedburner.com/Scobleizer, for example.

    Anyway, I recommend them highly.
