  3. If you log in to WordPress.com, you get this message, “Sorry for the old data showing this morning, there was a hard drive failure and we ran the site off backup while repairing the system, everything should be back to normal now.”

  5. I saw this problem earlier today, but not any more. I do notice that the timestamps are wrong, though – your post has a timestamp of 5:04pm, which is several hours from now.

  7. I have not had this problem, but last nite your blog was down for about an hour. Along with wordpress.com

    I use feed demon, and it came in just fine actually.

    When are you going to switch over to blogmatrix? I would like to see a review of their service!

    I never really liked word press to be honest with you, and the previous blog you had, weblogs, never gave me an issue. at all.

  8. They are all back to normal. I lost all posts and several new pages, but it appears that they have restored everything from a backup. My site appears to be back to normal.

  9. I have not had this problem, but last nite your blog was down for about an hour. Along with wordpress.com

  17. Stefan: because I wanted OPML export for a project I’m working on. Matt was the first one to respond. Also, WordPress is a young company that’s getting lots of raves from bloggers. I wanted to learn more about the company so that I could give people good advice about which company to use. The only way to know if a company is real is to use their products. This is a beta and it’s a little rough. I’ll stick it out for a while cause overall I like the tool.

    I still route for Matt for the simple reason he’s trying and trying darn hard. Which is much more then any F500 does!!

    I wish him the best and hats Of to you for putting your neck on the line !!
